ABOUT US
The MudHen Beach Baseball Tournament is an annual youth baseball tournament held on the Wildwood Beach at the base of Rio Grande Ave. right behind the iconic Wildwood sign. The tournament is for youth baseball players ages 9-12 with 9U, 10U, 11U, and 12U divisions. This year’s tournament takes place August 7th-9th and 14th-16th, 2026 with each weekend holding its own respective tournament.
For 5 years, the tournament was produced under the City of Wildwood. In 2020, MudHen Events, LLC. became the producer and took over the operations of the event. Our purpose is to create two fun-filled weekends of baseball for athletes and their families, as well as showcase Wildwood as a vacation destination. With offering a unique tournament and discounted rates at local businesses to create a memorable childhood experience.
Games take place Friday and Saturday with championships on Sunday. We kickoff our tournament with a Home Run Derby, the Friday of each weekend. Off-field activities include local food vendors, merchandise, bat demos, Ride & Slide Passes to Morey’s Piers and Water Parks and more.
